My memories of Richard are that he was the coolest person to me when I was a young boy, he looked identical to Harry Connick Junior in my eyes, swept back cool hair, he dressed really well. He was in tech so he had one of the first ever sega mega drives that I’d ever seen and he let me play on it! It was the first time I’d ever played a computer and I remember sitting with him as he told me about this amazing new game called Sonic! He was kind always smiling with his very kind eyes. Brilliant father, incredibly patient with everybody, great sense of humour, i always remember him telling jokes and I’ll always remember his laugh. He was just a lovely man. I remember the wedding at Dad and Suzy’s house and how wonderful that all was, I was one of the groomsman/ushers, a role I felt very privileged to be given. People only ever spoke about Richard fondly and everyone loved him and he had a lot of love for them. He exuded cool, calm and kindness. He will be greatly missed
